Returns / Exchanges

We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the items that you purchase from us. You are welcome to send back any acceptable items within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money.

 

Non-refundable items

Please be aware that we are unable to refund certain items due to hygiene reasons. These include all undergarments, hosiery, swimwear, body jewelry, and toe rings. Please be absolutely sure that you have selected the right item before placing your order. If you require measurements or other info about any such items, please contact us and our customer services team will be happy to help.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. All return/exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or damage. All item(s) must have all of the tags and labeling still attached.

If you need to return an item for a refund, please print our Returns Form, complete the form with the proper information (don't forget the Customer Name, Order Number, and Email Address or we won't know who to refund the money to) and include it in the return package. We will refund the price of the returned item(s). Delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item for exchange, please print our Exchange Form, tell us what you are sending back and what you would like in exchange (don't forget the size, color, etc.). You will need to pay the postage on any return, however we will pay the postage on any item sent to you in exchange. If an item is returned faulty we will refund all reasonable postage costs.

Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging. The item(s) must have all of its tags and labeling still attached.

Note about Boots / Shoes...

We understand that sometimes footwear can be difficult to order online. If you need to return or exchange, please follow these guidelines.

  • Shoes/boots which have been worn may NOT be returned. This means - if you've left your house in them (even to walk to the mail box), please don't send them back to us. We cannot accept items that show wear. We suggest trying on footwear in the house, on a smooth surface - carpet is ideal.
  • When returning shoes, PLEASE pack your return in a box for shipping. Do NOT use the shoebox as your shipping box! We need the shoebox back in good shape. Place the footware back into their box and then inside of another box to ship. Because, much as we hate doing this, if your shoebox arrives covered in tape and writing, or we don't get the box back at all, we will charge a box fee and and you will not received your full refund.
  • Please be sure to include the return form with your order number and name with your return or we won't know who to credit for the return.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Unless your item is defective!

Processing

We aim to process your return within 3 days, whether it is for an exchange or refund. You will usually receive your replacement within 10 days. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days, Of course you are welcome to e-mail us at any time to check on the status of the return.

Exchanges: If you would like to receive your item more quickly, we advise that you order your exchange item and return the unwanted item. Your new item will be on its way and we will refund your money for the returned item when we receive the return. If you would rather send back the item with the exchange information, please print and fill out the Exchanges Form and pack it with your return. Once received, we will ship the exchanged item to you and adjust the charges if necessary.

 

Missing Items

Occasionally packages may become lost in the mail. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to e-mail us and we will attempt to track and trace the order with either USPS or the courier the package was sent using. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses. In order to minimize loss, we advise all customers to send returns via confirmed delivery.
