Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'My Cart' (top right) or 'Check Out Now' (left) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal and/or credit card payments through PayPal. Currently we can only perfom transactions in the Continental United States (US 48 States).
After payment has been completed through PayPal you will receive an email with the status of 'Confirmed'. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. All deliveries are shipped by secure service. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays. Should an item be out of stock, we will place the item on back order and usually deliver between 7-14 days. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping on qualifying purchases. When we offer free shipping, shipping costs and taxes do not apply toward the qualifying amount. When we offer free shipping over a qualifying amount, the total must be at least one penny over this amount. For example, if we offer "free shipping over $50", the order must be at least $50.01 to receive the promotion. Free shipping cannot be used retroactively, it is only valid on new orders.
In the rare case that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back order items are usually delivered between 7-14 days. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders delivered to Indiana the current Indiana tax (7%) is added. We do not charge sales tax when delivering outside of Indiana.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit cards are processed through PayPal. Transactions with us will show up on your credit card statement as: PSYCHOTIC. We do not store any of your credit card information. (As a matter of fact, we personally, or our website, never even see your credit card information.)
